Project Introduction:
On November 30, 2021, Guangxi Sun Paper Industry Co., Ltd. successfully put into operation its 3.5 million tons integrated wood-pulp-paper project, including a 550,000-ton cultural paper project. Yunda supplied the pulp bales conveyor equipment for this project, which has been operating stably.
In June and November 2020, Yunda and Guangxi Sun Paper Co., Ltd. signed cooperation agreements for their 3.5 million tons integrated wood-pulp-paper project. Yunda supplied roller conveyors and slat conveyors for the project's 550,000 tons cultural paper production line and 900,000 tons ivory board production line.
After entering the equipment installation and commissioning phase, the Yunda after-sales service team promptly arrived at the project site to quickly resolve various issues that arose during the installation and commissioning of the equipment, providing technical support for the smooth startup and production of the project.
The "3.5 million tons of integrated wood-pulp-paper project" is an important strategy for Guangxi Sunshine Paper Industry to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise. The project is divided into two phases: Phase 1 includes the construction of an 800,000-ton bleached chemical hardwood pulp line and a 550,000 tons cultural paper production line. Phase 2 includes the construction of a 600,000 tons chemical mechanical pulp production line, a 500,000 tons specialty paper production line, a 150,000 tons tissue paper production line, and a 900,000 tons ivory board production line.
