Installation
1. Unpack and inspect: check all the parts as per packing list. In case of any defect, please contact the sales department of our company in a timely manner.
2. According to foundation drawing, find the machine’s center line, the axes position of the driving chain wheel and the central position of the tail wheel. On the basis of machine’s center line, confirm position of frame’s feet, installation position of rail and longitudinal center of the driving device. Check dimensions of all positions and cast the equipment foundation with re-enforced concrete.
3. The foundation goes through a certain period of maintenance (general 15 days), correcting until no error, install the equipment. Installation procedure is as follows:
- Cleaning all parts before installation to remove preservative oil and grease and check all parts carefully.
- Check and clean the foundation plate according to the drawing.
- Fix support legs on the foundation plate after fixing correct scale height and angle. Then lift and install the inclined section upon the support legs, align the central position of head of machine, put the horizontal section and concave arc section to the embedded bolt plate, align them with inclined section, fix all sections, then connect the chain plate.
- Install Motor, reducer and other subsidiary facilities.
4. Installation accuracy
- The central line of bracket must overlap the longitudinal center line of chain conveyor, with deviation≤2 mm
- The vertical deviation of bracket support column against assembling floor is ≤2 mm
- Horizontal deviation between two adjacent brackets ≤2 mm, the lateral levelness deviation of brackets ≤1 mm/m.
- The deviation of longitudinal center line between track and chain conveyor ≤1 mm
- Track gauge deviation ≤2 mm
- Deviation of track straightness ≤1.5mm/m, Deviation of the whole length straightness ≤5 mm, the arc section of track should be even and smooth.
- In same cross section, the deviation of relative scale height between two tracks ≤±2 mm
- If the track is weld, the welding point must be smooth and clean with right and left deviation ≤±1mm and up and down deviation ≤0.3 mm (only the decline of moving direction of chain plate is allowed)
- The motor axes and input shaft axes of reducer should be parallel. Belt wheels should be in same plane.
- The verticality deviation between the axes line of driving chain wheel and center line of chain conveyor ≤1mm/m. The deviation between transverse center line of two chain wheels and the conveyor center line is ≤1 mm
- The verticality deviation between the axes line of driven chain wheel and center line of chain conveyor is ≤1mm/ m. The deviation between transverse center line of two chain wheels and the conveyor center line ≤1 mm
- The levelness deviation of driven shaft ≤1mm/m
- The verticality deviation between center line of roller shaft and center line of chain conveyor is ≤1mm/m
- The installation levelness deviation of Idler wheels ≤1mm
- The below generatrix of idler wheels should be in same level, the height deviation between the below generatrix of two adjacent idler wheels ≤1mm
5. When the installation and alignment are finished, weld the baseboard and the embedded bolt plate, weld the protective plate and bracket
6. After installation, paint the abrasion surface of the machine again. After foundation becomes solid, proceed to debug and commission

Operation Instruction
- In operation, feed evenly, the maximum feed-in block must be in allowed size.
- It’s inadvisable to drive or shut down when the machine is fully loaded.
- The tension of the roller chain and sleeved roller chain should be moderate, better to examine the tension diligently and adjust in time.

Maintenance
- Check the lubrication of equipment running parts usually, and inject the lubricant regularly
- Change new lubricating oil for reducer after running for 7-14 days and afterward change each 3-6 months accordingly.
- Regularly check the equipment, no loosing bolts, no exceeded rated current of motor; when temperature rise of the bearing exceed the ambient temperature 35 degree, shut down to check.
- According to the using situation, overhaul one time about half a year is advisable.
- Inject lubricant to each oiling point (see the following chart)
