Installation
1. Unpack and inspect: check all the parts as per packing list. In case of any defect, please contact the sales department of our company in a timely manner.
2. Correctly ascertain the center line according to the foundation drawing, and then fix the shaft line of equipment, correct corresponding position dimensions, cast equipment foundation with re-enforced concrete.
3. The foundation goes through a certain period of maintenance (general 15 days), correcting until no error, install the equipment. Installation procedure is as follows:
(1) Check and clean each foundation embedded plate
(2) Lift the bracket onto the foundation, Correct the normal spacing as per drawing requirement
(3) Integrally assemble the lifting device and driving roller device, hoist to match the bracket and then assemble
(4) Assemble the motor reducer to the transmission main shaft, weld fixing lug and screw
(5) Assemble protective cover and fix it to the chain conveyor
4. After installation, lift the roller to suitable height, then commissioning

Operation Instruction
- Feed material should be controlled in allowed size, oversize material are not allowed while running.
- Check and debug if evener shut down because of jammed, etc.

Maintenance
- Check the lubrication of equipment running parts usually, and inject the lubricant regularly
- Change new lubricating oil for reducer after running for 7-14 days and afterward change each 3-6 months accordingly.
- Regularly check the equipment, no loosing bolts, no exceeded rated current of motor; when temperature rise of the bearing exceed the ambient temperature 35 degree, shut down to check.
- According to the using situation, overhaul one time about half a year is advisable.
- Inject lubricant to each oiling point (see the following chart)
