Installation
1. As per the foundation drawing, determine the center line and revise each corresponding position dimension, pour equipment foundation with reinforced concrete.
2. Unpack and acceptance check if all parts are complete, clean the anti-corrosive grease.
3. The foundation goes through a certain period of maintenance (general 15 days), correcting until no error, install the equipment. Hang anchor bolts on equipment in advance, lift the equipment to foundation by crane, revise the level and then cast re-enforced concrete to preserved holes for anchor bolts. Attention: asbestos washer and sealing ring are required to added between rotor device and channel steel flange and spread sealing glue to avoid leakage.
4. Install motor; please keep two belt wheels at same level.
5. After a certain period of maintenance (general 15 days), revise the centre vertical deviation of the equipment, no more than 0.15mm/m, then screw the anchor bolts, casting re-enforced concrete again to cover the base plate.

Operation Instruction
1. Commissioning
(1) Before commissioning, remove contaminants in the equipment, add oil to all oiling points, check whether exist loose connecting bolts, whether all protective cover installed well, whether there is obstacle around transmission device, whether tightness of v-belt is suitable, whether the direction of rotation is right (overlook the rotor, it should rotates counterclockwise).
(2) Before feeding and running, require commissioning with water and water volume shall be 70-80% of nominal volume, check whether each valve or flange connections leak. After running one hour, check whether bearing overheated, stable running, normal sounds, etc. If all are normal, running with pulp is permissible.
2. Production Operation
High consistency hydrapulper is in batch operation, the water and raw materials added every time is calculated by the following equation:
W raw material =Q*C/100,W water=Q*(1-C/100)
In formula: Q: operating volume of each batch (m3) C: consistency of dissociation
W raw material: weight (T) of raw material added in each batch
W water: the weight (T) of water added in each batch
The operating sequence as follows:
(1) First, add sealing water into packing box, inject hot water into tank body to 50% of tank volume. feed chemical and raw material; start motor, gradually and evenly feed raw materials, add hot water up to required quantity, make the stock reach desired consistency and control the distance from the highest liquid surface to the edge of pulp tank; continue to let rotor rotate after finishing defibering, add water to dilute and discharge the stock.
(2) When the pulper stops running for power outage or other special circumstances, close the power switch, open the washing water at the bottom of outlet plate to wash, discharge the stock in the tank, lower the pulp level as far as possible; it is not allowed to start equipment when the storing pulp exceeds 1/2 volume to avoid burning down the motor.
(3) During operation, frequently check the bearing temperature, whether the bolt is loosening, whether the flange and valve leak water or stock, whether the packings or the bearing is overheated, whether the electric current is too high, etc.; any problem found should be handled immediately.
(4) Pre-treatment of hard contaminants in waste paper is needed to avoid damaging the equipment. Regularly salve and remove impurities that are not easily broken according to raw materials; after shut down when changing shift, discharge residue stock and clear away all foreign matters in the sedimentation tank, keep the pipeline unblocked.

Maintenance
1. Regularly check the lubrication of the equipment running parts, add NO. 2 calcium sodium grease to each rolling bearing ever two weeks, clean and exchange once a year.
2. Regularly check the equipment, no loosing bolts, no exceeded rated current of motor; when temperature rise of the bearing exceed the ambient temperature 35 degree, shut down to check.
3. Avoid metal and other bulky hard impurities falling into the pulp chest.
4. Exchange bearing:
(1) Dismantle the big belt wheel
(2) Hang out the rotor device overall tightly by crane or lifting appliance
(3) Hang out the whole bearing supporting device out from outlet plate, dismantle the bearing, exchange as guided in drawing
(4) Assemble in reverse order; when assembling whole bearing supporting device, fully spread grease in circular sealing groove and inside the bearing
5. According to the using situation, overhaul one time about half a year is advisable.
