Chip Steaming Bin is mainly used to control the pre-steaming time and temperature of chip material，so that these material can be further absorbed and swelled with moisture，soften or fully reacted at a certain temperature.
Basic structure and working principle:
The Chip steaming bin mainly consists of an upper conical chamber and bottom rotary discharger. Wood chips or bamboo chips after washing fall into the bin from the upper feeding port, which is full of steam that made wood chips heated and evaporated out the air in the wood, finally are softened. The chip material retain for a certain time inside the bin and are discharged via the agitator at the bottom, and then conveyed from discharging screw to feeding screw.
