Brief Introduction
Side feeding screw is a feeding device of thermal shredder, which could push high consistency material into thermal shredder.
Structure and working principle:
The side feeding screw is rotating in the feeding chamber which is composed of conical tube chamber(B) and tee chamber(C), by the mean of connecting both parts via flange. The materials enter chamber from the inlet port and then are conveyed to the outlet port via main shaft(A) rotating.
The side feeding screw is controlled to get the feeding flow by adjusting the rotary speed of motor which drives gear box working in a proper speed by V type belt.
