Structure and working principles
The screw press is mainly composed of a cylindrical filter drum and a screw shaft with variable diameter( inner diameter gradually increases while keeping the same size of outer diameter )that form a closed compression space. The pulp enters screw and then is pushed forward by the rotating screw allowing the filtrate is squeezed out due to the reducing of this closed space at the same time the accept is discharged at the end of the screw.
Advantage:
The structure of this equipment adopts variable diameter and variable pitch. The large compression ratio designed screw shaft and pneumatic cone can provide a heavy compression result so as to achieve the treatment concentration of the subsequent section.
