Yunda i-OCC (Low Consistency Continuous Pulping) Stock Preparation System has the advantages such as energy saving, high reliability, high level of automation, less stickiness content and high yield.The system retains only major towers like dump and final storage towers to realize the idea of less intermediate stock chests, which can save appx. 20% of the floor spaces.The eco-jet mixing technology is applied in the coarse and fine screening stages, which reduces three intermediate chests, and the corresponding pumps and agitator, etc.,results in lower investment, lower energy consumption and lower maintenance cost;

The continuous pulping system consists of D type pulper, Trash Well, Detrasher, Drum Screen , Ragger, Rope Cutter, Grapple, etc., the whole pulping process is controlled by the DCS automatic control system.
