Project Overview:
The PM8 project is another significant initiative in the development journey of Thuận An Paper Industry. This project introduces an advanced paper production line with a paper machine width of 5400 mm and a working speed of 900m/min. The production line is capable of producing high-strength fluting paper and testliner paper, with an annual designed production capacity of 250,000 tons.
Key Technologies and Collaboration:
To ensure the successful implementation of the PM8 project, Thuận An Paper Industry has chosen Yunda Paper Machinery as the supplier of the Stock Preparation system. The complete Stock Preparation system includes key components such as Conveying, Pulping, Fractionating Screening, Refining, and Approach Flow system. The production line adopts innovative design concepts such as single-layer layout, cascade overflow tanks, and fully automatic grapple design.
