Yunda high-yield Pulping pilot laboratory welcomes visits and guidance from leaders of paper making associations and the first batch of Russian customers.

During the Fourth (Expanded) Session of the Sixth Council and the 2024 Annual Work Conference of the Henan Paper Industry Association, Director General Geng Haiyan, along with key leaders from the paper associations in many provinces, visited Yunda for an inspection. The group paid particular attention to Yunda high-yield pulping pilot laboratory.

The Yunda High-Yield Pulping Pilot Laboratory can simulate i-CTMP and i-BCTMP pulping process conditions. It is capable of conducting pilot production experiments for various wood and non-wood materials through Pre-steaming bin, Metering screw, Plug screw feeder, Heating & softening, Equalizer bin, Side screw feeder, Ribbon feeder, Thermal shredder, Fiber cyclone, HC Tower, Screw press, Vertical lifting screw, Mixing screw, Bleaching tower, low consistency refining and screening and other processes. The lab is equipped with advanced DCS control systems and comprehensive experimental testing equipment to statistically monitor and test the consumption of auxiliary materials such as water, electricity, and gas, as well as the final pulp quality indexes during pilot production.

Yunda High-Yield Pulping Pilot Laboratory aims to integrate production and research, focusing on green and low-carbon goals. We offer professional pilot production experiments for domestic and international customers. By verifying processes, optimizing system equipment, improving pulp quality, and reducing operating costs, we provide pilot data support to achieve the industrialization of innovative processes and equipment, moving forward towards the "new."
